Made to Order

Every piece is handmade with love, just for you. That means:

  • Production time: 5–7 business days
  • We don’t keep stock — everything is made fresh for each order

Shipping Details

We ship all orders via GLS. Delivery times after production:

  • 1–4 business days within most of Europe
  • Up to 6 business days in remote or rural areas
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. Here's how we handle returns:

Because everything is handmade:

  • We do not accept returns for refunds unless the item is faulty
  • We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your item doesn’t fit or feel right
  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at titizstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange
  2. We’ll reply within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your exchange/store credit

Do we ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the European Union.
Where are the products manufactured?

All orders are handmade and shipped from Denmark.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Because all of our pieces are made to order by hand, please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days


Other EU countries: Shipped with GLS
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days, depending on your location

You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.
Do we accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns under certain conditions. Our goal is for all of our products to reach our customers in perfect and brand-new condition. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of our lingerie.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at titizstudio@gmail.com or through our IG account within 21 days of purchase, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind. Gift cards and certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Why does it take up to 7 days before its being shipped?

All items are handmade to order, which means they are not mass-produced. We believe in quality, craftsmanship, and conscious production — this means your piece is made just for you.
